400ex steering stem is pretty loose. Has a lot of play in it down at the bottom. I can move the handle bars pretty good and it moves a bit before the wheels turn. My question is, is that peice at the bottom a bushing or a bearing with the seals on it? Im not too sure, never had to replace it before. Just want to get it fixed so its nice and tight again with no play. Thanks....
