400ex Thumb screw for carb?

Does anyone know of a better way to adjust the pilot or air screw on the 400ex carb? It seems to make a big difference on how well I can tune my ride, but its really hard to get at? so, I've seen those thumb air screws for the 450's and wondered if they would work for the 400ex? or any better ideas?

they do not make one but someone on here brazed some brass rod to a stock screw and made his own. there are pics on here if you do a search of you could swap and fcr carb but they are picky to tune on a 400.
