I know that BOMB SQUAD makes a graphics kit fot the 400ex, but they dont specify any year.......Does anyone know if they make it for the 99 400ex ??????

yes they do. ive seen tones of 99-04's with BS graphics.

do you guys know if those bomb squad graphics fit or are close to fitting fullbore plastic?

it depends. fullbores for alot of quads are way different than stock and for other quads they are very close to the same. it's hard to say.
