I always read your posts Pappy, I love your pictures! They are so clear, and show a TON of detail! I like to hear about how you guys are doing, where you are riding at, and what you're testing.

What kind of tires you guys running on the front of that quad?? I need some new tires, but having a tough time deciding.

Last bolt to be tightened down before the clutch cover went on and then I would have been done. I dont get how this happened. I went in a criss cross pattern and only went down a little bit each time not all down at once.

I dont know how much longer I can take this. Seems like its weekly that something bad happens to me. I cant go to Alabama now either and I have to spend 150 bucks I dont have. Im honestly thinking about selling my body to make money.

haha, that's a joke of my buddies. We are in engineering school, and during a hard problem he will throw his pencil and say that he wants to quit school and become a sex slave....lol.....I always ruin it for him, saying length is a requirement.

Cool Pappy, thought that was what they were. Was between itp's and razr2's

Looks like you didnt have the water pump lined up on a trx 450?You need to spin the clutch basket until the case sits flush. The case was cocked a bit on the right side which is why it cracked.

New case is about 120$ and you need a new clutch cover gasket, any bearings in that side case, and new water pump seals. Sorry to see that man, but now i know you probably wont do it again!

Wow thanks man. I just checked and ya thats why. I feel so dumb now, the manual doesn't say anything about lining the water pump. I guess you live and you learn. This was the first time I did anything below the top end. I figure I did pretty good considering I had to take everything apart even the trans mission. Which was tricky to get back in.

PAPPY- Expect me to go out of my way in a race just to roost you.
