Does anyone out there have the 114 kit that trail bikes sells in their 90? How often does the pull starter get yanked out of your hand? I just ordered one and want to know what kind of fun I get to look forward to.

Actually, I bought the Trailbikes kit and the cylinder would not fit in the case without some "trimming". I did not want to do this with the bottom end still together and didn't want to disassemble it either so I sent it back and went with the 105 big bore from Dr. ATV. Here's a link to it.
Dr ATV 105 Kit (http://dratv.com/tr10bigbokit.html)
It assembled easily and is definitely a noticeable improvement. I can tell that it has nothing on the 125 strokers running at our local races though.
About the pull starter, it got a little worse. I can start it just fine but my girlfriend can't get it started. The pull starter jerks out of her hand.

Trimming the case isn't really a big deal. Most people stuff an oily rag down the hole and do the trimming with a Dremmel.

It is best to split the cases and bore them. I have fixed more than one motor that had metal in the engine from doing just as described. We split the cases bore and re assemble for $250. Anyone would have to be crazy not to spend that much to avoid using a dremel on their engine.
