Im gettin 22inch tires for the back of my 02 400 because im tired of the axel rubbing. What do I need to do to get the gearing back to stock?

Drop down a tooth or 2 on the front sprocket. What kind of tires are you getting? I'm ordering some soon I'll probably get 20" though. Im thinkin about Mudlites because I do mostly trails and sand.

one tooth down in the front will correct the gearing for that tire size.

To tell you the truth, I wouldn't drop any. I had 22 swamp whitch's on the rear (loved em) and I kept the stock gearing, and it was great, but if you want to still drop a tooth, go 1 at the most. mi $0.02

13/37 gearing would get you back to stock but try 13/38 first.

I have 21" Kenda Knarly XC's and now run 13/38. To me it's a perfect match. I hated the stock gearing with 20" tires! Personally if I had 22" tires I would run 13/40. Gearing is a personal thing so it's not like I have the better answer, just the better fit for me.

whats stock gearing? I think the stock gearing with 20's is to high mine always seem to bog down when im puttin along. So one tooth in the front, should be good with 22's in the back.
