impact driver!
Its a handy tool, If you own an older quad (like me a 250r) you'll NEED one!
Its drive almost any screw out that has atleast 20% of the head left.
there like $10 or so at sears

it took me like 20 seconds on the sears website

http://www.sears.com/sr/product/summary/productsummary.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1951396026.103 7935814@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccegadcgkkdhhekcehgcemgdffmdflh.0&vertical=SEARS&bidsite=&pid=00947641000

that's the one I have, its wasnt $25! And you can get cheaper ones than the one I've got.
DEFINATLEY a good investment for any person!

There's a spring inside of it, what it basically does it you put it in the screw, Hold it and hit the end with a big hammer. This puts pressure on the screw (so it wont slip) and then turns it.
just trust me on this one, its something you WONT regret buying!

Yea they do work pretty good. I have a habit of stripping out screws and it's saved me countless times!

when you have a stripped screw you can take a dremal tool cut a straight slot acrossed so that you can use a regular screw driver to exstract it. for the thumb trottle you can grab it from the sides with a small pair of channel locks or vice grips

Easy Out.. go to an automotive store, and look near drill bits, it will be 2 bits. one you drill a hole into the stripped screw, and the other has a reverse head on it, so you put your drill on reverse and put it in the hole you drilled out and it backs the screw right out

I've tried them, they've never worked for me.
