ok im putting the 300ex project on hold cause i piked up an 06450r lasnight..but i noticed something, when you blip the throttle it cuts out(sometimes to the point were it shuts off), it also stalls out alot to... i think i might need to set my idle higher..any help would be appriciated, thanks,chad

buy the HRC kit and all of your problems will go away.

i also noticed there are quite a bit of recalls on this particular year..r there any more besides the throttle arm and ball joints? also i am broke as a joke now(but i was not gunna pass up this quad for $2800) so do u think the carb needs played with or what? hrc will be next though:D

I have an 06, dealt with all the recalls, but Honda did them not me. Annoying, yes, but in the past. One thing I did was a quick shot, seemed to help out. But now I just finished a HRC kit and that made a difference all right.
