Can anyone tell me what size front sprocket to run in the sand?

I run a 13 front for sand and MX, but if its a big track with more long straights and wide turns (GP format), I go back to the stock 14 front size some times. The 13 is great on the track (for me) because you can launch hard in 2nd gear and bypass 1st all together.

Thanks for the good info. I mostly run tight MX tracks so I think the 13 will be good for most of my riding.
