Jetting

I need help with jetting because i'am not very familiar with jets. I have a 2003 416ex with a supertrapp exhaust, K&N filter, outerwear prefilter, and removed airbox lid. I want to get a new HMF sport series slip on with the quiet core. With the supertrapp it has a 178 in it. What size jets would you reccomend?

You'll probably only need to drop down a couple sizes. A little less airflow w/ the quiet core in.
