Carb Question

I have a 01 400ex stock i took the choke out of the carb and it ran good til the weather got cold then got hard to start ended up fouling plugs try'n to start it so i heard get i bigger pilot jet would help my problem so i ordered a 42 pilot jet and still hard to start but i can get it to run. but when its at idle and i stab the throttle it bogges really bad but it i just ease into the throttle or just press it like regular riding it does fine any cure for my problems thenks for any help!!!!!!

does it bog down even when it is warmed up? If not, then your proly ok. they dont like to run when its real cold w/o choke and really dont like when you stab the throttle. but if its doing it all the time you may need to make some adjustments. start by messing with the pilot screw
