Athena or Ice Cube

Has anyone bolted on an Athena or Ice cube big bore kits? I want to no if its worth it. The athena price is not that bad. I have everything in my sig. and hotcams coming for my LTR.

We used an ICE CUBE 498 on on ltr here and it runs really well. It has 13.5:1 comp, C&D Ported head, polished throttle body ,web+6 cams,HMF full system, and Boss Noss. Off the bottle this is a very impressive motor.

I don't right now but I will have in a few weeks when it comes back in for some work.

I just did a 498 ice cube on a 04 honda 450r with web 493 cam 13.5 comp, C&D ported head and dasa pipe and stock intake system that hit 60 on our dyno this weekend. We also just tuned a z400 with a 455 ice cube with our porting, hot cams, sparks pipe and 39mm fcr carb that was at 54 hp with a slipping clutch.

I've got the 527 Ice cube stroker in mine. Very impressed with the finished product. Over 60hp and 40 tq, quite a rocket to ride. Plus great customer service which Athena doesn't even offer.
