06 extended cab short box. Two people in the truck totaling 400lbs, plus toolbox with 100lbs of misc. crap. Total weight ~ 8175lbs. Tuned by Innovative Diesel, running Xtreme street for both of these runs on my SCT X-cal2 programmer. Also running 34" super swampers currently too. This was all done using a Passport dash mounted unit, similar to the ones Car&Driver uses for their testing. Pretty neat. The numbers seem to be damn close to what Innovative told me to expect. It also calculated rear wheel horse to be 423. These were both done with 4x4 launches. I love the 60' times, 1.86 seconds! Awesome, Thanks.

Is that a joke? A stock one will run that. Can you not see the picture I've attached? It ran a consistent 14.25 @ 93.44 or so.

TQ is around 730 or so at the wheels, does that make it seem better? haha.

I'm getting it dynoed in july sometime, I cant wait! Once I get ARP headstuds, I'm hoping to push it a lot farther, but until then, my tuner is good enough.

The pic wont load for me either while I'm at work here, I'll see what I can do, it's hosted through photobucket right now...

My brother ran his truck on one of those. They are pretty cool! 14.25 isn't bad at all!

His ranger ran a 12.88. Holeshots in his truck are a joke. It just spins the 35's loose regardless of how you feather the clutch. 4x4 launches are out of the question right now because it would absolutely kill the d28 that's in there now. Are you still running the stock turbo on stock boost?

your 0-60 times are respectible for that size of a truck as well! haha time for a propane charger.

Nice! My powdercoater has a F-250 that rips. All I know is that it runs low 11s and can snap tierods from the torque in 4X4.

Yea when he launches in 4x4 he said he has snapped tie-rods from the torque of the front wheels. I didnt believe him until he brought one out and showed me. Snapped the end off.

I've heard of axle shafts and spindles breaking, but never tie rod's breaking on a launch. huh learn something everyday I guess.

The only performance mod on this truck is the programmer. I have 34" swampers on right now too that I ran these times with. I usually launch in 4x4 at around 15-17psi. Thus the 1.86 0-60' times. Propane is far down my list of mods right now. I want ARP headstuds first, then probably NOS, and more extreme tuning. I also want to note that Innovative Diesel has another tune above and beyond this one. Yes I'm still running stock turbo. Boost is elevated to about 30psi now, but at full throttle remains around the 22psi as stock.

12.8 on 35" tires in a ranger in 2x4 seems ridiculous to me, but how did he pull that off? A guy I talk to often just broke into the 12's with his innovative diesel sponsored truck. He has the same programmer as me, heavier tuning, intake, exhaust, 150 shot of dry nos, and just hit 12.9 doing 4x4 launches! If your bro's ranger can do that, impressive. What rear end is he running? Do you have the slips?
