does anyone know of a type/brand of glue that will really stick, of melt/bond to the plastics?

I have a little chinese kazuma 50 that I want to teach the basics of riding to my 6 and 8 year old kids. before I spend the money on a better quad for them.

It has a couple of cracks in the rear fenders, that I have tried Krazy glue, and Gorilla glue, but neither one sticks well.
the Gorilla glue seemed to work at first, but after it completly cured, it came off with minimal effort, and no actual bonding properties to the plastic fender.

Yes I have ordered new plastics for it, but I dont want to put them on yet, just to have the munchkins tear it up on the first time out.
i'd rather let them tear up the broken ones first.

my next attempt at gluing the cracked fenders will be with a single use, 2 part epoxy, that I picked up at Harbor Freight yesterday.

so does anyone know of a glue that will actually "Bond" to the type of plastic used in the fenders?

Try Epoxy. I just bought a 2004 Arctic Cat F7 and the filler neck on the gas tank is cracked. (600 miles on machine, it was a recall that the previous owner didn't get done) and so far its working great. Just don't put it on in really cold temps and get it where you want it the first time, it dries fast.

PC7. When I was cutting my fenders, I broke the plastic mount, so I went to Do-Cut (True Value.. I think) and I got this stuff, for around 6 dollars. There is plenty in there. And its just amazing stuff. I fixed it about 4 or so months ago, and its still holding strong. (And I ride HARD) Just make sure you line it up perfectly and make your you lave a hole for your bolt and make sure that hole is big enough. I love this stuff. This stuff works!!! Just make sure you follow the directions, and make sure to sand down the area, make it REAL rough, like get a sharp knife and cut some gashes. Make it real rugged.

(In the pictures below, I had the flash on, so it looks watery, and also, I just put it on, it gets a little darker, and dualer. You can also paint and sand it to your liking.)
