top end rebuild info?

i need a link to rebuild my top end. i blew a head gasket and rather rebuild it myself than pay $500 at my local shop any help with a link would appreciated!

I would invest on a good torque wrench and a LT-R Manual. I was also tired of giving my money away to mechanics. So I bought a service manual and now I can do whatever I want to my quad.
