250r bearings in a 300ex? [Archive]

I have a brand new set of 250r bearings for the stock carrier (thats why I cant use them on my R).
I also have a 300ex with REALLY bad bearings!
WIll the R bearings fit the 300ex carrier?
Someone please lmk!
