whats wrong with ITP. i mean i figured douglas was better cause everyone has them including myself, but i've never had ITP.
there .190's are exactly the same, unless i am missing something, except ITP has ITP logo engraved in the rim, and Douglas has a Douglas sticker on the rim

I like Douglas. I have heard that ITP leaks but I have never seen it happen so I geuss it has yet to be proven... To me?

It just seems like ITP bends easier like softer alum. or something.

well i wasn't really wanting something really expensive. just something that will last and won't scratch or bend and look good for the longest time possible.
If you're selling your stock rims, and they are in decent condition I might be interested.

well i was going to replace fronts and i was going to keep those for like fins for paddles or something, but when i get rid of my rears i will sell them fo sho cause i already have other rims for my paddles. but i don't know when that will be.

Honda stock rims are supposed to be one of strongest. You may want to consider putting your new tires on them and getting your sand tires put on aftermarket rims.
Having a complete set of rims and tires for back up is a good idea too.

yeah but the fronts have a few nicks and i like the looks of douglas.
If looks are more important then go for it. If you ever want to sell your stockers let me know.

ok. my rears are in really good condition.
I'm more interested in the fronts. I already have a backup set of rears, but if the price is right.....

Yeah OMF uses a Douglas Wheel itself, but then they put Rings inside or outside, and you can bet Beadlocks too. I think I would get OMF over the Douglas Beadlock because the OMF have an Inner Ring. Plus they are cheaper then Carbon Fiber. Not sure how they compare to Douglas in price though.
im thinkin about gettin 4 honda 400 rims, i like the lil design on the hub part, and gettin rings welded in them, that owuld be cool, lol

well, i just got a set of front hipers from x rider, and they look so much stronger than stock fronts, and the rears will save wieght..i say go with carbon fiber

yeah but isn't carbon fiber expensive?

not nesscaerayly (sp?), i think for a DUAL bead lock rim (8x8 carbon fiber) it will cost you 180$ PLUS a 1 year warrenty, i feel hiper is the way to go, a lot of racers now are using the hiper rims, becuase they don't get flat spots like aluminum and save weight, and if something were to break you don't have to buy a new rim, you can get peices that will fix it (but you have to send it to hiper)
defently worth the money.....

it says prices per wheel. and the price listed is like $185. i think thats pretty high since you can gat a front set of tires for like 169 with rims and tires, but no beedlocks.
