has anyone had trouble with overheating? my fan dosent seem to come on either! any ideas how to troubleshoot this

As you are sitting on the quad check the fuse by the upper right corner of the radiator (right side of the quad) Mine did the same thing!

Hey just wanted to say thanks. I had the same issue yesterday.
I didn't realize there was a fuse up there. It was blown. Quick, easy fix! Thanks, Chris

another lil tid bit for some of you guys this dry sump motor runs cooler the closer you get the oil to the top of the hacth marks of the dip stick. oil fil the oil to the top of the hatch marks on the dip stick got it

Any ideas for cooling in mud races. The last two races I have ran I have had overheating problems.

remove the thermostat

if you unplug the thermostat the fan will fun the intire time the bike is running. on my race bike i run the atp's carb kit and mike cuts the plug for the thermostat off so that you dont have that problem.
