cam for Honda 450r

I am looking for a good bottom end cam for my 04 Honda 450r for trail riding.

HC stage 1
HRC 06-07
crf 02, 03 or 05 ( is the 05 and 06 the same cam?)

Does anyone have one laying around they are not using? Thanks
