The 1500 stall springs that I tok out were black and the 2000 KOSO springs I put in were black. But they did have "2000" printed on the springs.

So if I were to switch the original black ones out with a set of the Mallossi red ones that would give me a higher stall speed correct?

Yes, have you switched to a red torque spring also?

I haven't switched any of it.I just installed the Koso clutch as it came out of the box.It still has the 1500 torsion spring in it.

If anyone's looking for a complete Koso rear clutch and front variator I bought them at the end of last year when the jug was bad and it was driving me cracy.... they have a practice and one moto on them. The bell has about six or so races on it. But the cluthes are new.

WE always ran the smaller clutch ( non variable type) with 2000 stall and black chrome torq spring with alot success on our Dinlis.

Do the springs inside the clutch and the torque spring have to be of the same RPM? I don't know whether to go with a 1500 or 2000 RPM springs on a 2004 Arctic Cat 90. Thanks!

How dare you try to return this thread to some sort of normascy............. lol lol just kidding

Keep it up and I'll post a pic of my whole belly..........

We always ran a 2000 big spring and 1500 little springs. But it really depends on motor mods. Trial and error is always good.... it's all in finding what your machine likes. Unless your like Holt, Loomis, and the rest of them dudes that know what is really going on in there and why. :huh :huh

All I have to say I do not know what is worse for your better half, sleeping with your fur coat or cleaning the shower drain every day.

At the Maple Shade race this year lets play with some Duct Tape.

Its a catch all for those chicken wings . I wonder if you use some velcro you attach it to a beer can you could hide it under your shirt and use some carb hose up to your mouth and you could do any thing and still have two hands free ..HA HA Just kidding mike
But seriously it may work we could paten it and make enough money to pay for the quads and still have money left over for wings and beer. What do you think .:muscle: :macho :muscle: :macho

Back on subject Im going to go with 1500 clutch and 2000 torsion with my mk 70 set up.
