I was interested in buying works shocks for the front of my 300ex. But i was wonderin do triple rate works have more travel than dual rate or is that just the strength of the springs?

travel is the same, i advise geting dual rate over triple all that is added is a middle spring, but youll lose top and bottom spring length too.....triplerates work good on a stock 400ex and even better on wider aarms,,,,,some brand will require at least plus2 on a 400ex to get triples to fit

yes, im almost positive you need +2 a-arms to get triple rates for a 300EX

My cousin has dual rates w/ rezzys on his 300EX(soon to be 330) and OMG the shocks are just so nice, you dont realize you are even jumping it
