Elka Elite Rear Shock

I have a question I was trying to put my rear shock in my new frame which is suppose to be a 400ex geometry arens crf450 frame but I can't seem to get it. I am using the stock swing arm with the elka long travel linkage. Any I deas on why it wont go slip right in.

I don't know what the problem is, mine went in easy. Stupid question but is your quad lift up so you got a lots of room to play? Here is what I did with mine. Lift up, then I removed the linkage and then the stock shock. I install the Elka first the Elka linkage and it was all done no problem. this is on a stock frame, it might be some thing else?

Maybe THe Geometry is a touch off I will just keep playing with it untill i get it in i guess

I got it in just had to compress the shock a little bit to get it to fit so the geometry must be off a little bit. Also the shock is hitting the linkage at the bottom when it is fully extended but it looks like it is just touching it so it should be alright
