gears

my gears on my 400 are sticking(not shifting smoothly)but my clutch cable is starting to come apart.is that the problem and if it isnt what is.:confused:

make sure its adjusted properly. And if the cable is fraying have it replaced

the reason your gears maybe sticking is because of the clutch and how your cable is coming apart. When yo shift and pull in your clutch its prolly not disengaging all the way causing the gears to feel like they are sticking a little bit. se adjust your clutch
