Anyone have any suggestions for mounting or even some pics of where you have found the best place to mount them on a liquid cooled DRX

I finished putting one on tonight. I mounted it to the stem right above the tubing for the shock mount, tight against the steering stem bushing. Thew other end mounted to the top tube of the bumper on the left side. If the fneders are not cut you can't even see it. It hides under everything. Nothing was cut or modified. Works great!

Mine is mounted on the stem then on the lower frame rail. I saw a friends mounted from the stem to the hole in the upper motor mount hangers.

Bump
Planning on installing ours one day this week.

I finished putting one on tonight. I mounted it to the stem right above the tubing for the shock mount, tight against the steering stem bushing. Thew other end mounted to the top tube of the bumper on the left side.

I was checking out my options last night and thought about going that route. Will mounting it to the bumper tube work? Or would the bumper have too much "flex" to be stable like the frame tube.

Anybody have anymore pics?

Look really close and you can see where I mounted mine to the right side motor mount as well. Use the old choke hole and and drill another hole above that and it will mount up with no problems. JR

Could you do me a favor and email me the original photo ?
Id really like to see how you have this mounted closer up. We have to re-locate ours now with the new steering bracket we are running.
Thanks!
