Crossed Wires...now no spark..help!

Upon re-assembly..I crossed two wires at the rear of the harness. One is red and the other is red/black. I was getting no ignition/neutral light then realized my issue. Connected these two wires back to where they are supposed to be and the ignition light works and engine cranks over good. The problem now is NO SPARK!!:mad: There is power going to the regulator thing and direct power to the coil fires the plug just fine so...did I fry something? Regulator or CDI? I thought these were the same thing until I seen what the CDI actually looks like.

Which do I replace first? Thanks for any help!
