yfz charging/batt problem

ok well i tried to start up my dads yfz last night and nothing just clicking so i had to jump it off my 400 (i told him to buy a HONDA j/k i love my dads yfz as much as my honda) and it started fine it ran about 20-30 min and i fugured i would shut it off and try it again and nothing just the same clicking i think its a charging prob my second question is what batt would fit in it thats a good batt i know when we first got it the batt didnt sound like it had enough power but it did start.

A CBR600 battery or a 400ex battery will fit if you trim the little tool pouch out of the fender.

I hated all the electrical problems I had, I threw on a kickstart, gutted the harness and that got rid of all my troubles.
