How Much for a used Raptor? [Archive]

How much do they go for cheap as 400ex I figured they would since u know the resale it bad on a atv like that.. Oh yea a stock raptor well pipe ect is go just no motor work.. how much am I looking at 4,000 3,800 I dunno so help me out..

you should be able to buy one for about 4500 on ebay , stay away from the 2001 they are a complete piece of s$#@, but 2002 and later they fixed some of the problems.(bad tranney,keyways break on flywheel,one way assebly goes on starter every 3months, $250 a whack really my advice is to buy a 400ex and do some mods and enjoy riding if you want more info go to Bluetraxx.com they are all raptor riders 5mins in there forum and you will ride red trust me. first 3 posts are about blown trannys, and not getting any help from yamaha. now they are trying to get help from the goverment ,good luck sounds like a lot of work, I would rather ride, I had one and sold it at a major loss , just so I would not have to look at it any more,it BROKE DOWN so many times I wanted to burn it ,just to see the flames, I am so happy to be back on a honda
