im going to be building a crf hybrid out of my 400ex and i was wondering if you have to put a radiator over flow tank in if so could you post pics of where you mounted it and i need ideas about the intake setup and pics as well

i don't have a overflow on my hybrid, or have i ever put one on any of the hybrids that i have built. some are still running a stock 250r radiator, with out any probems.

Hey whats up. Its not really neccasary to have an overflow, but not a bad idea. I have used them on some of my builds. However it is nice to be able to monitor any overflow or pushing out of any coolant with running the overflow bottle.

One of the easiest overflow setups to run is the polaris overflow bottle as pictured below, its a good setup and easily mounts to the rad. shroud. I have also used 250r overflow cans on some of my laeger quads. Theres a good spot to mount them up front kind of between the front strut brace area.
