What steering stabilizer did you go with and why? What do you like/hate about it? I'm in need of one and feedback would be great!

Thanks,
Catherine

precision are the best but they are also the most expensive.you could go with the rod type but if you do gncc.....you might get a stick up in there and it could break.if youre into mx...you wont need to worry about that.
theres others out there like scott(which is a precision clone(for lack of a better term))but i believe its less expensive.
if you end up goin with the rod type,i wouldnt go with the rebuildable ones.you can get a new rod for like 50 as opposed to rebuilding it and spending 45 for the kit and doing it yourself. and the non-rebuildable ones last longer.
if you have the extra 450+ laying around...get the precision.
or theres used ones out there for a little less.you have a yfz i take it?seems to me theres a used scott stabilizer here in the ads.

Precision are top notch.

They are expensive, but you have to pay to play.

i have a w.e.r on my yfz and gpr on my honda 450 they are both great i like the gpr better because it mounts on the handle bars and is easier to adjust on the fly

Elka is also a great dampner. They are expensive, but well worth the money.

I have a W.E.R. and love it. works great I use to have a Denton and this just works better no more injured wrist. I bought mine for 180 used and dont think that the other $500 brands could be much better if any. But I dont know I never used one.

Dont get me wrong a stick dampener works great and probably all you really need. Its a huge difference over not having one. Just get rebuildable used one and save some money.
