tire plug
side wall holes are tough to patch up but the hole being that small I would try tire slime or something

you can tube front tires and it seems to work pretty well, i wouldnt recommend doing it on the rear b/c you rip valvestems out very easily...
Tire plugs are the way to go. A patch won't stick to the sidewall, and slime will just make a mess once you have to change tires. If you tube a tire, and pop the tube...you are back at square one. Only this time you will have to break the tire back down to fix it.
Throw a plug in it and be done with it. You can get a kit at any automotive store.
