flywheel mods

Hey does anybody know anything about lightening flywheels? How much they can be turned down? How much better they rev and effect on bottom end.
Any info would be appreciated.

i dont know much about lightening flywheels, but i know if you add a weight it will help smooth out your power and will relatively make your engine more mellow, i suppose it would work the opposite if you grounded some of your flywheel off.
