Well, I wrapped the 700 around a tree last night and don't want to spend 250 bucks on a new bumper, and I need something a bit stronger to protect the plastic and lights. I drew this up real quick on a crappy old picture I took before I cleaned her up and threw the new meats on. Let me know what you think, and what I should make it out of. My dad wants to use square tubing, I want something round and my neighbour says he has about 30 feet of seemless tubing he was going to use for a drag car roll cage.

Yeah, that's pretty cool! Make sure it won't bend if you hit another tree....looks like if it bent, it would break plastic,lights, etc. Also, might even want to add more expanded metal in the corners, to keep more mud out.
