What Is The Plug In The HRC Power Up Kit?

Have everything pieced together that you get in the HRC power up kit, well I did a 03 CRF cam instead. But there is a round plug of some sort in the kit too. What is this and where does it go? Also does the 06 kits come with a breather T ? If so, where does this go? Thanks

1k extra rpms, goes under the hoood. T is included.

Corrected. No I have that, I'm talking about the round small black thing next to the cdi harness. Looks like a plug of some sort.

I don't know what it does, but it replaces a resonator chamber that's on your air intake tube. Just need to plug it off. the t replaces a smaller breather tube
