has ne one heard about the 2001 raptors droping gears in the tranny? i was told that they do it and i was just wondering if it was true of if it was a roumor. could ne one help me please

Go take a look at bluetraxx.com. I haven't been there for some time, but for a while they had a sticky topic on it. It isn't a rumor, the tranny on the 01 Raptor had some major problems, but it was supposedly fixed in the 02's.

i think there is a recall where they will fix it for u but u have to pay labor or something. Also bluetraxx would be more help then us since they all ride raptors
