Up for sale is my 2002 rm250. First off I would like to say that the price is 2000obo (price is negotiable) and I am located a few miles south of York, PA. I am about half way between York and Baltimore. The bike runs great and has no problems, I am only selling because I want a dual sport since gas prices are going through the roof. When I purchased the bike the hourmeter read 50 hours and i took the hour meter off at 55 hrs because of a lay over that damaged it. Since that time I may have put an hour or two on it. When I purchased the bike this is what was done to it.
· Performance Upgrades:
· Pro-Taper oversize bars (RM-low bend) 1-1/8 inch
· Scott Hurricane black full waffle grips (no tears)
· Vortex billet upper and lower triples and mounts
· Race-Tech Gold valved forks set up for 170lb MX rider
· Pro-Circuit "Works" pipe - perfect cond.
· Pro-Circuit "Factory Sound" silencer - perfect cond.
· Tiny-tach digital tachometer and hourmeter (showing 50 hours)
· Renthal front (steel) and rear (aluminum) sprockets + extras
· RK Racing gold o-ring chain - like new
· Fresh set of plastics, graphics and seat cover
Maintainence done right before I purchased it
· Replaced rear wheel bearings and seals
· Replaced rear shock upper and lower bearings and seals
· Replaced swing arm pivot bearings and seals
· Replaced lower linkage (all) bearings and seals
· Replaced fork seals, wipers, and internal bushings (didn't need bushings but did it while it was apart)
· Replaced steering stem bearings, races, and seals top and bottom
· Brand new OEM cylinder from Suzuki ($$$$)
· Several pistons, ring sets, bearings, etc.
· All of these items were original so it will not need any of this revisited for awhile.
· No expense spared in the upkeep of this machine.
