Crankshaft Bearings

Has anyone had any experience with Ceramic Crankshaft bearings either good or bad. They seem pricey, but you get what you pay for right?

My thought is if your doing a race for more than 40 min than its problely worth the money. but not for a 10 min race . But it s your money.
