well JRP, to answer your question it depends on how you look at it 21 is no biggie unless you plan on being a boozer but it was no big thing to me cause i dont drink, i do get something exotic when we go to hooters or fridays but thats not very often, truth be told i liked being 18 better, everyone over that knows the very second you hit 18 people get hungry for your money the same way sharks get hungry for blood, the only difference is as time goes on people get more creative on how they take it!

btw in NJ you can get your license when ur 17, not 16 and 1/2 and you need to have ur permit for at least 6 months..

As of Jan 1st, in illinois you need it for 9 months, good stuff.

Because once you're 18, only YOU are responsible for you. No excuses, no parents, etc... Responsibility is a necessity when you turn 18.
