View Full Version : Where is the pilot screw located.

Just need to know real quick, just got done changing out my main jet.

Its right next to the main jet.

so its on the bottom of the carb kinda behind the yellow choke lever if you are looking at it from the left side of the quad. Looks like its a pain in the *** to get to?

What is the screw that is right there pointing at you, is that the idle adjustment?

The pilot screw is actually towards the very front of the carb at the bottom. Right behind the idle screw. The idle screw is the one mounted on a piece of metal which comes off of the carb.


That should be it...

2 weeeks ago I couldn;t even find the carb... I guess I'm learning huh.. lol


That's why I love working on my own stuff, the shizz you learn make it well worth it...
