air fuel mixture?

got my quad to run but it won't idle. runs great 1/4 throttle up but anything less and it dies. revs great and has lots of power but won't run low rpm's. any ideas? maybe air fuel mixture? jeats are clear. also hard to start and have to pump the **** out of it to get it started.

Try a larger pilot. Maybe a 40-42. I dont think the mixture will give it enough fuel to fix it. Its primarily for fine tuning.
