I just bought a full system factory 4.1 and a power up kit from FMF. Does any one know what the perfect jetting would be with a set up like mine, my air box is stock and so is the rest of the engine, and i live in Central NY(for the elevation) and summers here are between 80-95 degrees F.

Any help would be awesome THANX

for this time of year. Try needle on the 4th clip, 172 main, 48 pilot and 90 leak with a/f 2.5 turns out. Your at about the same elevation as me and same temps right now. That will def put you in the ballpark to ride right now. For summer well, you will have to lean it out some but wait for summer. Try to keep keihin jets cause dynojet kits and such arent really that greatest and ive never had a good turnout. Always lose HP or can never get the jetting right.

A 90 leak jet? Thats smaller then stock.

He's looking for like a #50-55 leak jet.

Leak jets are labeled the opposite of other jets, the small the number, the larger the jet (More fuel) .

Also I think he's leaving his air box lid on. That will change everything.
