Is there any way to straighten a slightly warped rear disc brake?

I would think a vice and a whole lotta patience would get'r done. Make sure you use a couple pieces of wood to protect the disc surface though. It will take a lot of time most likely and a new disc can't cost that much.

You'll never get it straight enough. There isn't enough clearance between the pads. If it's not perfect you'll go through pads like candy.

wolfpak is right on. You have the cost of a rotor in brakes in no time.

Thanks for the input guys! I will try the vise but ill probably get a new one to be safe. anyone out there know the $ of a new rear disc brake?
