Where is the drain bolt on an 06' for the transmission?

right in between the shifter and the case

Ya its on the left side of the bike, not like the 05s.

Does anybody have a picture of where it is? On the 04'-05' there is a drain bolt on the back, bottom, right side of the motor. Right by the rear break. So are you saying that the Transmission drain bolt is on the motor oil side?

No manual!:(

Very simple, no pic needed.. Look right behind your shifter on the side case... 14mm bolt.. You'll find it, its hidden back in there! Lol.. ;)

Be careful when putting it back it not to cross thread it:grr: because its a horrible set up if u strip it.Its a long thread bolt and the threads are only about 1.5" and catch way inside the whole.And replace the crush washer from time to time.
