My Houser +1 a-arms will be here next week and I also have the Pro Armor skids. I do plan to mod the skids to fit, will post results once I get it done in case it helps others.

Yes that'd be great! I've decided to get the houser +1's as well for trail riding and I wanna cover em up, I ride a lot of rocky trails and want to keep them in decent shape. I appreciate it!

Follow up:

Fitting the Pro Armor skids to the Houser a-arms was easy. The fit was almost perfect. All I had to do to make it right was take a die grinder and contour one the the Skid mounting clamps closest to the ball joint (see 1st pic). I also added rubber "liners" to the clamps to minimize scratching of the Housers (see next pics).

Hey 08400ex could you measure your front width now that you have them on?

I haven't done the toe and camber alignment yet so it won't be accurate. Hope to have that done in the next couple of days when I get the time. Still waiting for that and the iShock +1 Brake Line kit to finish it all up so I can ride!! I am looking forward to the extra leverage on the 450R shocks to soften them up a little over the bumps.

Will get you the info then when everything is all settled as far as alignment specs and ride height.

Right at 46.25" at the top of the tire with me on it leaning all the way forward and 2 degrees of camber. Bottom of the tire is a little wider due to the camber, didn't measure but would guess 46.5".

This is with Hiper 3+2 Wheels and 22x7-10 iRazrs.
