how do you guys normally ship your frames to pappy how much does a 300ex frame weigh about and do you just put in a big box and whats average shipping price and what carrier please any help would b great

shipping it here is easy, just shrink wrap it and use FED EX or DHL. Frame weight is avg 32 pounds
and usually runs around $35
