If you are talking about the kits from Troy I just converted my 99 last week. It took about a week to get the kit. They send everything you need and a couple bolts and brackets you don't. They only modification on the frame is that you have to drill two holes on the cross brace between the upper shock mount to install the lower headlight bracket. The connector on the headlight OR the existing headlight connector needs to be changed or you will end up with two female connections, no big deal though. There are two wires in the headlight connection that needs to be switched to get the proper "low" and "high" beam operation or the headlight will work opposite of what is on the switch. It went together pretty well all in all.

It looks brand new. I ordered new side panels just to finish it off. Everything went together as you would expect with factory honda plastic. The only thing is there will be a hole on the right hand side fender for the reverse switch.

i also bought the same kit, for the key just go to ur honda dealer and prder the piece tht the reverse switch goes in and the ignition push's right in, and just get 3 screws with some washers to put on the back and it works great(p.s while ur at the dealer order the newer side panels)
