Any number of things, First thing I'd try is a new torque spring (big spring). Then rollers, then belt.

check compression, even though you put in a new piston and rings you could still be low on compression. the cylinders wear out pretty quick on these little 2 strokes.

did you run a hone through it? did it show wear as if it may have been sanded? but sounds like tourqe spring to me, are you using a stock spring?and i have found that under hard race conditions the frc clutch starts to go away, the clutches are good but they dont last forever

When did the symptons occur?
Before the rebuild or after?

if you have the Hi comp head , the 130 would be very low , check the compression now and let us know, you may have damaged a ring during install. were cyl walls clean and smooth? and is bike running clean just low on power? what does plug readings look like?

What method are you using to test compression?
130 PSI seems low for your set up. I would think 160-165 would be expected.
Have you had Mike look at it yet?
I need your address for the shock you wanted.
