Here you go,will actually be more expensive then powdercoating if you dont have the materials and are going to do it right.

i bought a paint/rust removing wheel from advance and used high temperature krylon spray paint and let it dry about 15 minutes between each coat. the more coats the more durable the finish. make sure you prep the area really well and clean it with alchahol before painting. MAKE SURE IT'S CLEAN OF OIL,DIRT,DEBRIS etc. i would also suggest going over the whole thing with light sand paper to ensure the paint sticks well. about $60 should do what you need just fine. here is what mine looks like!

Did it in my drive way.... if you want cheap, spray bomb it. But it wont last. Between gas leaking on it and stone chips etc, it will start to look shatty in no time. My frame was spray bombed black it it looked real nice at first, but after a few months of hard rididng it chipped turned dull ,weared off etc.

How do you like those rear tires on the 400ex? They soaked up alot on the warrior, and I was thinkin of puttin em on my 400ex.

those dunlops actually do pretty well i just like the look of the flat tires. i put some newer ones on yesterday and are an inch wider and a little flatter. if you want them i will sell them for $20 and shipping.

I already have a brand new set in my basement, just curious how good they are.
