2005 450R Timing

I just got done replacing my crankshaft and I was wondering at what point of the rebuild do I need to start working on the timing.

after you bolt the head and cam on. its pretty easy. you are also going to want the cam to be a little past the timing marks so when you put the tensioner back on it will pull it to dead on the timing marks up top. just make sure the crank is top dead center and have somebody help you so you def stay at tdc.
