Stage 2 Hot Cam?

I have a stage two hot cam installed on my quad. MY question is i dont remove the decompression thing and the spring. It is going to cause a problem?

I hope you haven't started yet? I would pull the cover back off and fish them out. The Hotcams don't use the stock decompresser and spring. If I remember correctly there isn't even a lob on the cam to strike it so, there is a high probability that if it's left in, the decompresser and spring can come dislodged and bounce around inside the motor causing real damage.
