Still looking for new bars. Think ive narrowed it down to Pro tapers.
Whats the diff between the PT Contours and the Evo's(besides $17)
Can anyone tell me what the rise height and sweep(pull back) on the stock bars is?

I have the pro-taper SE with a low atv bend and it is very close to stock. The pullback is a little less but I like it better than stock.

From what i understand the EVO's have a special alloy that is stronger.

Was thinking of getting EVOs--Windham/Rm mid bend (3.9" rise/2.17" sweep) with a Rox 2" Antivibe Riser. Should put me a little less than 1/2" above stock hgt. but will sit further forward. Ive got long arms & I need the space.
Are you saying I need to relocate my key switch??

If you have a 99-04 400ex then no you wont need to relocate the key, but years higher than that yes you will...

Anyone run the EVO's? Heard nothing but gd things about the SE's & Contour's.
Just placed an order for other parts--Rzr 2 fronts, 14T ft sprkt, Pwrmadd hndguards, 450r ftpegs, cltch cable. Have to wait a week or two to refill the $$ before gettin bars, then hopefully ft shocks, then....
Oh the list just keeps getting bigger!!
